Users can navigate through data themes or directly describe their project to the built-in AI agent, which scans over 130 indicators drawn from official sources — including real estate prices, crime and public safety, employment, demographics, income levels, urban and real estate projects and their impact, and environmental indicators — to deliver a detailed report tailored to each situation.

Frontend — HTML/ CSS/ JS, Leaflet.js for interactive maps: choropleths, live GeoJSON layers, real-time rendering.

Geospatial — QGIS for data prep, spatial analysis, layer structuring.

Backend & pipeline — Python for ingesting, cleaning, and scoring 130+ indicators. Serverless functions (Vercel) powering the API and business logic.

AI & reporting — LLM agent parses natural-language queries, generates contextualized reports, exports to PDF.

Security — Password auth, JWT, session-level access control.

Deployment — GitHub Pages (frontend) + Vercel (backend).

Observing the challenges faced by car dealerships in managing inventory and identifying the right vehicles to acquire, I developed an automated market intelligence and data collection system gathering data from major automotive listing platforms.

The objective was to establish continuous week-to-week market monitoring and analysis, identifying vehicle trends, newly listed models, actual sales dynamics, and stagnant inventory.

To enable dealerships to make more informed purchasing decisions, better anticipate market demand, and optimize inventory management accordingly.
