- Patient search application - Python

Development in Python of an application that determines the patients that are eligible for a planned clinical study, based on medical criteria entered by the coordinating doctor, and then returns the list of eligible patients, thus simplifying the work of medical operators.

Development of an interface that permits to the user to indicate the eligibility criteria, including the genetic mutation sought.

Development and integration of a calculation module for the genetic mutation, using natural language processing functions.

At the output, the application returns an excel file containing the list of patients and their medical data.

- Tools for auditing discharge letters - Python

Development of a tool to check the conformity of discharge letters given to patients in order to meet legal medical quality standards; reducing the rate of non-compliant documents by providing feedback to the doctors concerned, and reducing the risk of financial penalties for the clinic.

Development of a tool in Python with the help of NLP functions which analyze a PDF file and detect whether the various sections of the document are correctly filled in.

Automation of the tool so that it scans documents in a given directory.

At the output, an excel file is returned, specifying the title of each non-compliant document, the name of the doctor and the section(s) not filled in.
