As a Marketing Automation Specialist with more than 11 years of experience in both CRMs, CDP and Marketing Automation solutions, I help clients across various sectors and regions to optimize their CRM and data strategies, using the best-in-class solutions. Currently, I work for leading marketing automation agencies that provides end-to-end solutions for complex and customized projects.

My core competencies include designing, implementing, and auditing marketing automation platforms, such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Salesforce Marketing cloud. I also have extensive knowledge and skills in CRMs, web engineering, data integration, and software development. Some of the clients I have successfully delivered solutions for include Yonderland, Editions Francis Lefebvre, Groupama and La Poste. Additionally, I have contributed to several research and development projects, such as the Hybrid Connector and the Toolbox Connector, that enhance the functionality and performance of Adobe Campaign and marketing automation tools in a general way.
