Act as Qatar Cinema representative for all its Cinemas future development, real estate investments, besides acting their local technical consultant for existing cinemas and real estate. Also Identify and study the business needs and its requirements. Analysis the results according Technical inputs (Architectural studies) and compare with the market requirements. prepare technical reports accordingly including market risks.

• Identifying new business opportunities.

• Developing leads and contacting potential customers.

• Meeting face to face with existing landlords / Mall managements regularly.

• Keeping up to date with trends within our Cinema sector & realestate .

• Liaising with colleagues and making sure aims are shared and worked towards.

• Making sure targets are met periodically.

• Generating reports and presenting an analysis of marketing and sales progress

• Assist in developing Design Delivery Schedule along with client, Project Manager,

Design Managers and consultants.

• Prepare SOW / RFP’s for ID designers, Consultants, suppliers and Main contractors for

each project of the cinemas.

Bridges the relationship between creative staff and management. Oversees the organization of strategic design projects and Comfortable managing team.

- Identify business needs and services Also maintain a good working relationship with new clients.

- Participate in design meetings and provide continual input to optimize design and minimize futile work.

- Assist in developing Design Delivery Schedule along with client, Project Manager, Design Managers and consultants.

- Negotiate scope-of-work, deliverables and price with consulting firms.

- Assist Project Manager in incorporating onto D&C running sheet all internal and external design and cost issues.

- Manage distribution and production of project workload within team.

- Collaborate on new design issues and research projects with team.

- Project prioritization of design, assignment and management to designers.

- Lead with effective supervision an experienced design team toward greater creativity.

- Evaluate and motivate designers toward continued growth and leading design solutions.

Participate in departmental strategic planning.
