Senior product designer et responsable de 2 squads pour la tribe dédiée au studio de PlayPlay; un outil en ligne de création et d'édition de vidéos s'adressant majoritairement aux employés de marketing et communication interne de grandes entreprises.

En tant que senior product designer, j'ai été responsable en collaboration avec les product managers de la définition des problèmes, des métriques de succès et des plans d'action de recherche sur de nombreux sujets, ainsi que de la délivrabilité des parcours, maquettes et de l'animation de différents ateliers avec les équipes produit et en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement.

Shipup is a New York and Paris based SaaS platform on a mission to transform post-purchase experience in e-commerce. I've been working as a solo product designer for 2 different squads, working from discovery to delivery: Establishing action and research plans for problem exploration around new markets and opportunities in conjunction with corporate OKRs. Facilitate internal workshops and external insight generation methods to ideate and prioritize opportunities in close collaboration with the PM and data engineer. Establish success metrics, then prototype and test solutions with users and closely monitor KPIs to ensure initial goals are met. ⚛⚛ Enrich and maintain the design system and design guidelines in conjunction with the development team. ✍⚛ Documentation of methods, processes, results, tools - implementation of an insights library with Dovetail to facilitate the note-taking process in interviews and the restitutions and sharing of insights to internal teams.

Teaching at the Web School Factory to the 1st, 4th and 5th year classes on 3 different types of classes

- Prototyping course for the 1st years: learning the main principles in Figma and putting them into practice for a school project.

- User research course for the 4th year: for a course called "working with users" whose objective is to make students move from a project launch logic to a longer term logic of maintenance of digital products and services - review of quanti and quali research processes and methods, and application in real cases so that students build their own research system, conduct them and then restitute them and set up a shared library.

- Product Management course for the 5th year: deepening of the notions of project management V.S. product management, different positions, roles, market processes - the idea being that the students are equipped with a toolbox, methods and postures to manage products whatever their job title later on.
