Architecture & Modeling : Definition and implementation of the data strategy (naming conventions, FinOps, RBAC, data sharing/masking, GDPR etc.) Participation in the definition and implementation of the integration architecture (batch, CDC & Data Streaming) and data exposure via AWS, Snowflake and power BI. Definition and implementation of a CI/CD pipeline for the deployment of different types of power BI sources. Redaction of DATs, AppForms and participation in architecture committees. Participation in the integration of an IAM tool with Snowflake and Power BI. Data engineering : Development and Automation of data integration pipelines (ELT) via dbt. Modeling and provision of datamarts. Data sharing / provision of data to partners / Subsidiaries. Management, Support and Change : Manage end to end projects implementation (planning, build and run). Participation in the establishment of Excellence centers and processes around new technologies. Onboarding of teams and subsidiaries around the new data stack. Technical & business support for project managers and BRMs.

Agile Projects Management : Animate workshops, meetings with different internal clients (Sales, Analytics, DS and IT teams). Manage and administrate tools and platforms :

- Snowflake : Users/Roles, WHs, Clustering and data Model.

- Analytics Platform : Embedded Power BI App.

- Power BI : internal and external users, Capacity. Self-Service Power BI Training for europe sales and commercial teams. Ensure support and advanced Power BI training for Analytics teams. Propose new solutions and lead POCs internally and solution providers (Indexima, microsoft). Agile development : Develop, maintain data migration pipelines from big data plateform (IBM Netezza) into a Cloud data plateform (Snowflake) via Azure. Put in place a data quality process and report. Implementation of developed Algorithms from data science analytics teams via Databricks and ADF. Automate external data sources integration in Snowflake via Rundeck (bash) and Azure. Standardization and automation of campaigns tracking reports.

- Recueil et analyse des besoins.
