Henry D.

SmartOne is a data annotation provider for artificial intelligence, serving Technology. It is 1200 employees, in 5 country, 3 continents. SmartOne partner are based in the USA, Europe and Asia and are from Fortune 500 to small Startups. In this context, Henry is in charge to structure and increase DATA Department. He is particularly in charge of :

- the team 15 peoples (developer, DATA, project manager, DevOps)

- transform the company to become DATA Centric / Driven

- Implementation of an ERP for 1000 users.

- Interim CIO for 4 months

Since 2019, Henry has been CEO of the Vietnamese subsidiary of Fidesio. He manages a portfolio of 50 clients with budgets between 2K and 200K Euros, the equivalent of one week to one year project. The entity has 25 people, divided between developer, project manager and support. In this position Henry's work field is large. He handles process creation for project management, support for developers, accounting, human resources… The results of the first two years of the team are positive. Financially we have returned to an equilibrium. In 2020 the team made 35% more work than in 2018. To achieve this result, Henry worked as a developer methodology using the design pattern: model view controller. He implemented a data driven culture (model). He has set up tools to visualize the progress of projects and alerts in case of issues as soon as possible (view). He has set up work processes to unify projects (controller). For the next two years, the goal is to set up a 10% margin on projects. For this we learn and implement the LEAN Management and SCRUM framework.

During these 2 years, Henry was mainly working on the project Preview. It is a digital project manager tool. Project manager:

- select product priority, évolutions and bugs

- client relation: mail answer, phone call Full stack developer :

- Transform the Symphony web site to a full API and AngularJS, and some evolutions

- Configure AWS services (EC2, S3)

- Create a Chrome and Firefox navigator extension
