• • Designed FP&A reporting dashboards in Power BI (revenue, margins, OPEX, EBIT by dealership) - supporting monthly performance reviews with senior management.

• • Contributed to the monthly budget cycle : actuals vs budget tracking, cost-line variance analysis, financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) for management.

• • Identified 12% of savings on overheads through detailed cost analysis recommendations presented to the executive committee.
