- Définition des architectures de référence du service browsing internet et intranet.

- Mise en œuvre des architectures et assurance de leur maintien en conditions opérationnelles.

- Intégration, implémentation et administration des solutions sandboxing Web, HSM.

- Validation en LAB des nouvelles gammes hardware et des nouvelles versions softwares et intégration dans les outils d’exploitation

- Rédaction de la documentation d’architecture, d’installation/migration, d’exploitation... (HLD, LLD, Admin Guide, consignes de résolution d’incidents, ...)

- Préparation et mise en œuvre des prérequis et configurations requises permettant l’utilisation du service browsing par les nouveaux métiers.

- Support N3 sur les incidents : investigation avancée, contact des éditeurs, documentation, des solutions, implémenter les résolutions, ...

- Contribution à l’optimisation et à la fiabilisation du monitoring du service de browsing

Inside the support, I was the technical advisor and main contact for BT's premium customers (Telco, Industry, Bank, Defense). Technical Knowledge : F5 (BIG-IP LTM, ASM) Fortinet (Fortigate, Fortimanager, FortiWeb ), Blue Coat (ProxySG); McAfee (Weg Gateway), Infoblox (DNS, DHCP), Cisco, Juniper Role and Responsibilities :

- Daily follow up of technical cases to meet the customer expectation until the closure of each cases.

- Advise the customer on his environment

- Make customer's recommendation based on case analysis

- Drive weekly meeting to report the status of open cases

- Drive monthly meeting at customer site to report about his global activities

- Technical documentation for customer ( best practices, troubleshooting guide, install guide, upgrade guide, exploitation guide)

- Support request analysis.

- Critical case management

- Post Mortem Analysis.
