Conseil en formation auprès des entités du Groupe

• Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage et pilotage de projets de formation complexes

• Conseil et support méthodologique dans l'élaboration de référentiels de compétences Rédiger des réponses pédagogiques, des appels d'offres et des cahiers des charges Soutenir et argumenter les propositions face aux commanditaires Sélectionner des prestataires (compétences, coût) Assurer la gestion de projets transverses : organiser, planifier, anticiper, assurer le suivi financier, assurer le Suivi de la conception et de la production Evaluer les dispositifs pédagogiques

Working with VP Marketing, CEO, VP Alliances and appropriate external agencies, design, shape and create the online academy and its content

• Working with appropriate stakeholders and agencies, promote the Academy to generate a strong user base and course completion

• Develop and track user metrics and kpi's for reporting to the executive team

• In conjunction with eMarketing Manager, usage/tracking of online curriculum of WSE Academy content for loyalty / "stickiness" programs

• With the Channel Marketing Manager and Alliances VP, plan live instructor led workshops for new Alliance partner employees – delivered periodically throughout the year

• Develop optional curriculums for Academy users to follow, with specialisms (eg, BI, Data Science)

• Create and promote a certification program for successful course completion

• Organization and facilitation of specific training webinars – as well as communication/support on global webinars

• Travel nationally and occasionally internationally to deliver training

• Work across business teams to encourage creation and delivery of content - including Marketing, Alliances, Professional Services and R&D Teams.

• Gain a solid understanding of the WSE platform and be capable of answering a range of basic to moderate difficulty live Q&A questions

• Work closely with Alliance Partners to understand and customize training agenda and content to meet their needs during custom engagements
