Challenge & Main Results

• Through building the business, I gained expertise in recruiting technology, web-scale data collection, search systems, and applied AI.
• Building the business led to several operational challenges, which I solved by building internal tools and automation scripts, including Quill.email for generating on-brand React email templates.
• After validating the market, I chose to pivot before significant financial losses, recognizing that scaling the opportunity would require substantially greater capital and human resources.
