*Work as a main senior designer to support 70% of the main clients, including Vince, Ella Moss, Splendid, Joie, The White Company, Whistles, Phase Eight, and Paul Smith *Created Special In-house designs to show the company ability for different techniques and shapes of the garments, trends of each season; 10garments per month, over 100swatches each season *Created garments and swatches collection specifically for the designated clients, especially for Vince, The White Company, Phase Eight, and Paul Smith *Attend Pitti Filati evey 6months to report trends to clients and choose trends for designs *Trips to visit clients to Hong Kong, LA, Seattle, New York and London *Attend clients meetings in Shanghai office and Beijing office to present the collections, follow up their requests each season *Work very closely with the technicians and their manager that make in-house collection
