• Extraction of financial & marketing data sources with Fivetran ETL tool (CRM Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Netsuite)
• Data transformations and data modeling on DBT.
• Storage and building Data marts in Snowflake for reporting purposes.
• Developing the data workflows from the raw layer to the data mart in the data platform by designing a proper data architecture with DBT.
• Build reporting for Marketing and finance data domains on Power BI with business teams in agile method.

• Development and optimization of a sales and turnover forecasting tool on watches and jewelry for the Planning Department.
• Collection and transformation of sales data, purchase orders, inventories and forecasts to create of a robust Data model.
• Creation of interactive dashboards by zone, month, collection and segment on Power BI with business teams.

• Data Architecture: arbitration of a Data storage strategy with the CIO, support the design of Data architecture projects, define a proper Data governance by developing a Data catalog tool and GDPR standards.
• Data strategy: set up of a Data mesh organization to be implemented in the SteerCo with the CIO, steering the Data projects of all the DTSI Data domains with the Data owner and Data steward.

• Support Lacoste's Data migration strategy towards a new ERP and PLM tool in the Product architecture.
• Proposal of a Pub/Sub architecture in an MS Azure environment.
