Directeur Administratif et Financier externalisé, j’accompagne des entreprises multi-entités et internationales ayant déjà externalisé ou souhaitant externaliser leur fonction comptable vers des hubs locaux ou offshore (cabinet, CSP, BPO – Europe ou étranger), en intervenant sur le pilotage financier opérationnel et régional. J’agis comme un relais DAF de proximité (modèle hub & spoke) entre les hubs comptables, les équipes locales et le siège, afin de sécuriser l’information financière, structurer le reporting, piloter la performance et soutenir la prise de décision. J’interviens en temps partagé, avec une approche orientée gouvernance, performance et compréhension business des chiffres.

I work as a Fractional CFO for multi-entity and international organizations that have already outsourced or are planning to outsource their accounting function to local or offshore hubs (firms, SSCs, BPOs – Europe or abroad), with a focus on regional and operational financial management. Acting as a local financial relay (hub & spoke model) between accounting hubs, local teams and headquarters, I help secure financial information, structure reporting, manage performance and support decision-making. I operate on a fractional basis, with a strong focus on governance, clarity and business-oriented financial insight.
