Most organizations don't struggle with technology, they struggle with making it work all together.
I've spent my career working at the friction points: between data and decisions, between engineering and business, between what a system can do and what an organization is actually ready to take on. As AI embeds itself into every layer of a company, the bottleneck is no longer access to tools, it's the ability to organize data, processes, and decision-making around them. Without that foundation, even the most advanced technologies become another layer of technical debt.
In practice, I bridge the gap between the plan and what actually ships, and I'm the kind of person who'd rather ask an uncomfortable question early than fix an expensive mistake late.
