At Oskey, a dynamic SaaS startup specializing in property management with a focus on access solutions via a mobile app and smart intercoms, I contributed to enhancing user experiences and optimizing operational processes.

In this role, I was responsible for defining user paths and contributing to the architecture and design of applications, based on UX research. I emphasized empathy and practicality to ensure the product remained enjoyable to use, taking into account existing user behaviors and cultural biases to create more relatable and effective design solutions.

Additionally, I played a key role in the deployment processes for hardware, primarily organizing and guiding technicians both before and during field operations to ensure smooth and efficient installations.

Key Achievements :

During my studies, I worked part-time at BNP Paribas. With a diverse team of students, I collaborated with the DITA research team, focusing on designing AI-powered sales pathways. Our mission was to optimize the customer experience and enhance the efficiency of sales processes, and we chose to place ourself at the heart of a transformation of banking through AI operated by BNP.

Leading this project, I ensured that users were presented with clear and understandable offers. This role allowed me to develop skills in product management, data analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Managing a team with varied expertise, I facilitated effective communication and integration of multiple competencies, including graphic design, UI design, product design.

This experience significantly expanded my UX knowledge and highlighted the importance of marketing and commercial considerations in design projects.
