• Building a network of candidates and establishing a good long-term relationship

• Promote the company through different media.

• Sourcing candidates from different pipelines.

• Use of Linkedin recruiter in different strategies to source candidates.

• Assessing candidates with different tools to make sure they are a good match for my clients.

• Soft and hard skills report to management via a synthesis.

• Preparation of candidates for interviews.

• understand the organisation of the structure with which I collaborate in order to provide a fast and efficient service.

• Setting and exchanging multiple strategies with the client regarding their recruitment process.

• Provide detailed candidate reports to management at each stage of the interview process.

• Creation of weekly reports on the follow-up of the recruitment activity.

• Advise the HRBP on the compensation benefit strategy based on the current market

situation.

• Preparation and presentation of offers to candidates

• Follow-up of candidates until their onboarding.

Perspective Blue is a start-up specialising in IT recruitment. I joined a new structure with two founders to use my experience. It was a great challenge because of the new skills I was going to acquire, such as learning to manage the different aspects of the client relationship.

As the company was just created, my tasks were related to the growth of the company but also acquiring new clients and connecting with candidates.

As a senior recruiter focused on developer profiles, the most efficient asset is to be specialised. Specialised means being aware of new opportunities to share with my network, and knowing what my developers are driven by.
