(Role evolved from Head of WW Digital Workplace & IT Infrastructure Strategy (2018-20) and then from Head of WW IT end User Services (2020-21)) Inside Group's IT Department (600 employees internally), I am responsible for 'workplace' teams and services, supervising 140 employees with a > 50 M€ yearly recurrent budget, in charge of:

- Management of standard workstations (30 000 PCs WW), user support, associated domains (printing, scientific PCs, automation and simulation solutions) and services (on/off-boarding, security / authentication, supply, design, packaging application management)

- IT-Business relationship and IT service quality (infrastructure and applications) for all 180 Group's sites

- Definition and coordination of strategy and roadmap for Group's IT Infrastructure (2018-21) and for IT user experience (2021-22)

- Supervision and deployment of all global 'infrastructure IT' projects Member of Solvay Digital & IT Leadership Team. Examples of outcomes:

- Global rationalisation of IT user support (from 10 to 1 single supplier, >30% savings),

- Definition and coordination of 4 internal structural transformations in 5 years,

- Outsourcing of workplace management activities and optimisation of consultancy from time & material model to managed services (> 5 M€ yearly),

- Deployment of 'flexdesk' in 30 sites (all Group's administrative and research ones),

- Set-up of homeworking for 10000 employees in 1 week, at the start of 'covid' crisis)

Managing an international team of 40 people spread in 15 locations all over the world, I led:

- Transformation of 'Data' domain in the whole group:

-- Creation of a formal data governance model, implementation of simplified processes for data creation (reducing lead time by 50%)

-- Design of a new 'ecosystem' organization (120 people) with 'Big Data', management of master data, operations on transactional data, management of reporting and documentation solutions, and access management

- Deployment, towards 350 teams inside 'Global Business Services' entity, of a Lean Management program based on continuous improvement culture focused on customer orientation, performance, creativity, leadership and collaboration

- Quality Certification following ISO Norms (9001 and for the first times 27001) for the newly created Group's Global Business organisation (2000 employees)

In the frame of Solvay-Rhodia integration, I drove:

- Transformation of infrastructure IT services (workstations, audio, vidéo, network, ….) in EMEA region, creating and managing a user-centric organisation: 70 employees, 35 M€ budget, 15000 users in 30 countries and more than 90 sites.

- Development of a new outsourcing model for IT infrastructure support (service desk, site proximity assistance): implementations of specific contracts through 1 unified framework in each geographical cluster: 3.5 M€ savings, +20% user satisfaction (8,5/10)
