Recrutements d'ingénieurs et inspecteurs qualité dans le domaine de l'ingénierie (ferroviaire, aéronautique, sécurité, armé, ...)

• Agit comme référent, accompagne, conseille et coordonne avec les gestionnaires internes leurs stratégies d’acquisition de talents;

• Travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’acquisition de talents pour alimenter les recherches de ressources et pour répondre adéquatement aux besoins clients et même proposer des talents en proactivité;

• Assure la vélocité, la clarté et la priorisation des besoins de recrutement pour l’ensemble des gestionnaire interne.

• Accompagne l’équipe de conseiller en acquisition de talents dans la compréhension des postes et des pistes de recherches.

• Agit comme ambassadeur Logient auprès de sa clientèle.

• Travaille en collaboration avec les Ressources humaines pour veiller à l’équité des employés.

As Delivery Lead you will report directly into the Delivery Manager and your primary responsibilities

will include the following:

-Demonstrate overall recruitment excellence

-Provide day-to-day recruitment leadership for the team

-Assist in the review of incoming requirements to ensure quality, and prioritize them based

on established qualification criteria

-Lead the delegation of team members to new & changing requirements

-Lead the allocation of recruiters on daily assignments, using historical patterns and strategic prioritization to inform these decisions

-Work closely with Talent Acquisition to identify, source, and screen new team members

-Work closely with Training Manager to inform best practices and training strategies

-Manage integrity of Bullhorn and team data input & extracted from the system

-Work closely with Account Managers & Sales Director to identify needs, trends, and capture overall program landscape for the team

-Manage and uphold the team’s strict adherence to organizational service level agreements

(SLA’s)

-Provide program level reporting to senior leadership (daily/weekly/monthly reporting)

-Develop and maintain relationships with key business contacts, internal sales partners and

industry associations to support growth of the TUNDRA brand in a way that positively

promotes the companies' reputation and aligns with corporate strategies. 

-Ensure agreed upon recruitment strategies are followed by all team members

-Implementation and management of internal administrative tools; Recruiter Reports,

Recruitment Manager Report, Placement forms etc.

-Identifying and capitalizing on applicable networking events and groups

-Recruiter coaching/shadowing + long term skill development

-Organize and lead team meetings, lunch & learns, and skill development activities

-Assist in the tracking/auditing of Lead & Lag performance indicators
