During my internship at Jeuere, I contributed to the development of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and audience engagement. My role involved conducting market research and competitor analysis to support data-informed decisions and improve overall marketing direction.

I worked closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project execution. This helped maintain efficiency, meet deadlines, and support consistent campaign delivery.

The experience strengthened my ability to translate insights into practical strategies, particularly in social media and digital communication contexts. It also developed my skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

In my role as a Patient Care Representative, I managed both manual and electronic medical payments, ensuring accurate processing and timely posting of transactions. I identified and resolved coding discrepancies, contributing to reduced account write-offs and improved revenue recovery.

I was also responsible for overseeing accounts in collections and conducting month-end billing reviews to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. My role required strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and consistent communication to support efficient financial operations and maintain data accuracy.
