Responsible for leading and supporting change and transformation at El Cami. This role includes:

• Developing and implementing strategies to manage and drive change

• Ensuring minimal disruption to operations and promoting smooth integration of new processes

• Work across all functions and project teams, lead communications, provide necessary training and engage stakeholders to ensure effective adaptation to change

• Utilizing strong leadership and communication skills, this role facilitates successful transitions in a dynamic nonprofit environment

Provide advisory services and business support through the Agile Brain network:

• Provide expert guidance on talent management and HR planning.

• Analyze performance data to design and implement effective change initiatives.

• Support leaders in aligning HR practices with business needs to boost team results.
