As a Consultant/Business & Leadership Coach, I help companies and leaders to revisit their Corporate Strategy, Governance and Organisation by developing their own Sustainability and Cultural Strategies and integrating them with business as usual, harmoniously (together with all stakeholders). In order to do this, I use my Corporate Strategy, Management, Change Management, Coaching and Facilitation skills, as well as my Sustainability (CSR, Materiality Assessment, ESG/SRI/Impact Investing) and Culture expertise (Crafting a Culture Book and help with its embodiment throughout the organisation: Vision/Ambition/Objectives, Raison d Etre/Purpose, Mission, Values, Rituals). This enables me to help leaders and their organisations to innovate, develop, even transform, healthily and sustainably. In terms of processes I (sometimes with others) can help with: transforming governance/decision making processes and deal with conflicts, financing/helping start up development, developing “marque employeur”/ employee attractivity, "plateforme de marque"/(digital) marketing, and leading efficent stakeholder (employee, client, supplier, investor, other key stakeholder) management. I approach everything I do from a global/international/multicultural perspective, strategically and systemically. I cultivate my natural ability to gather seemingly dissonant perspectives into a coherent, more collaborative and efficient, whole, thanks to a special focus on offering out of the box/innovative insights and nurturing collaborative/relational and regenerative capacities within the systems I work with.
