Results:
 Lead a team of 5 SCRUM Masters, and promotion of agile and DEVSECOPS pipelines enabling quarterly releases of DxOne Workflow manager.
 Product owner leading a DevSecOps team to deploy DxOne Workflow Manager in AWS resulting in more than 80 laboratories adopting the solution in the US.
 Lead of an architect team to increase the DxOne workflow manager performance by tenfold, moving from 5K tubes per day to more than 50K tubes per days.
 Set the path and the design of a custom console to deploy, update, path, and manage DxOne Workflow Manager solution automatically, resulting in faster and higher quality of deployment of new software versions. This reduced the time the laboratory production is being paused from a day to less than an hour. Winner of 2020 excellence in innovation award of Danaher.
 Lead of a Kaizen event and follow-up of the action plan to ensure privacy and security for cloud deployed solutions according to Danaher standard with more than 120 security points being implemented in application code, infrastructures, quality system and team procedures or processes.
 Prototyping and lead of the SSO migration from Keycloak to AWS Cognito. Better SLA and enabling easier federation of laboratory directory: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML 2.0
 Definition and lead of a Research project with INRIA to optimize in vitro diagnostic laboratories. Co inventor of 12 patents for BECKMAN COULTER, 8 in collaboration with INRIA.
