• Managed PRM engineering study for the leader in the European Tourism & Resort industry: coordination of the internal actors, writing of study deliverables
• Managed a PRM project implementation from the customer perspective ("AMOA"): Functional and technical specification review, User Acceptance Testing, deployment of the solution, coordination between actors (3 years)
• Managed a RFP in order to select a PRM tool for a main tourism European operator: drafting of RFI and RFP documents, selection criteria definition and evaluation, coordination between all internal actors (commercial, finance, legal, IT), best offer selection (8 months)
Transport industry:
• Implemented PRM tools as Manager for several train companies: planning, resources, budget management (several years)
• Implemented PRM tool as Functional Expert (Business Requirements collection, Interfaces definition, Integration and User Testing, forecast tuning, training to end users) for several European train companies and for a bus company (several years in total)
• Performed overbooking implementation feasibility study from an IT perspective (8 months) for a train company: CRS and information system gap analysis, new IT processes design, planning, reporting to the steering committee
• Enhanced Passenger budget forecast for a big rail company: current data processes review, new forecast models testing and implementation ofnew tools (8 months)

Car rentals:
• Organized a RFP to select a new CRS for car rental French franchisees: selection criteria definition (business, functional, technical), evaluation ofthe solutions, oral presentation organization with each provider, final recommendation to select the solution (8 months)
