Mon expertise comprend :

- Delivery : Rédiger les user-stories et spécifications fonctionnelles, gestion des rituels, rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles, suivi de l'execution de la roadmap en collaboration avec les développeurs, assurer le go to market des nouvelles features

- Discovery : Construire une vision et la transcrire en roadmap produit, mener des recherches utilisateur pour identifier les opportunités et tester les solutions potentielles. Définir et suivre des KPIS de succès

- Stratégie : Définition d'une stratégie produit alignée avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.

- Data : Mesure et suivi de l'impact des nouvelles features. (Metabase, hotjar, SQL, etc)
