- In the framework of French ESG regulations (‘Devoir de Vigilance’ and anti-bribery), I define and deploy, with the Compliance & Audit Teams, a Group-wide ESG risk management framework, enabling each ‘Maison’ to map risks, prioritize and prevent or remediate - I coordinate the social and human rights risk management framework, as well as suppliers evaluation and support: audits, review, workers interview, training, awareness raising and capacity building. I also guarantee corporate reporting in this area - As a part of the Sourcing team, I work closely with the Environment Department to ensure the Purchasing community practices are aligned with LVMH LIFE public targets - I animate CSR coordination by branch together with Environment Department and propose responsible sourcing priorities and approaches : Watches & Jewelry, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Fashion & Leathergoods, Selective Distribution, Wines & Spirits - I define a common process to collect audits & CSR data on suppliers, as well as specifics for a dynamic data base enabling risk management and automatic KPIs - I represent the Group at international organisations: Ecovadis, Sedex, BSR, OECD, Impacct,…

- I define the Brand Sustainability Strategy and priorities, as a part of Kering Group Sustainability strategy to 2025 public targets - I coordinate projects with many departments (Studio & Merchandising, Raw materials sourcing, Operations, Store & Facility Management, HR, Retail & Buying teams ) to enhance sustainability performance, notably through partnerships with suppliers - I set up trainings and internal communication to drive change management - In charge of corporate reporting, I monitor the environmental performance, especially through the Environmental Profit & Loss, the Natural Accounting tool pioneered by Kering - I contribute to innovation and new business opportunities through digital & disruptive technologies, including start-ups rewarded by Plug and Play- Fashion for Good accelerator - I collaborate with HR department on social innovation, diversity and gender equity - I manage the Sustainability Officer (Transition Manager)
