Some of my achievements:

- Migration from a legacy Matlab version to an oriented-object Python 3.8 version.

- Developing, optimizing and validating physical models and workflows including most of the product’s key algorithms to assert noise from inputs (Electromagnetic Vibration/Noise Synthesis, Load Interpolation, PWM, skew, spectrograms, Modal Force Projection, magnetic loss calculation).

- Taking part to internal R&D projects, including experimental benchmarking, programing and improving physical models and code implementation, scientific article writing (more than 6 journal articles and conference papers), scientific watch, research reports writing for state funding (Crédit Impot Recherche / Innovation).

- Taking part to open-source projects Pyleecan (on which Manatee is built) and SciDataTool (used by Pyleecan and Manatee for data processing and visualisation).

Full-stack Product Owner of Manatee software in a product team of 5 developers:

- Define the Vision and Product Strategy in pair with the Product Manager.

- Understand the key challenges of the users and ensure the continuous improvement of the Product.

- Write the product roadmap for both front-end and back-end & share it.

- Prioritize and plan the work for the realization of the product (design, testing, product launch, and its evolutions for the users).

- Ensure the quality of the product (functional and technical testing).

- Plan the product beta testing campaing with key users and follow-up.

- Communicate upcoming product developments, both externally and internally to the team.

- Delivering 4 major releases.

- Establish a collaborative working mode, a trustworthy and responsible environment within the team.

- Promote the software in the medias (webinars and conference).

- Organize and run agile rituals (sprint planning, review and retro) in pair with the Scrum Master.
