My role in HR allows me to support organizations by creating work environments tailored to their challenges: hypergrowth, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
I enjoy tackling these strategic challenges by structuring HR policies and processes that align with both the company’s needs and those of its employees.
Key Achievements
- Led HR strategies related to pre and post-merger integration (PMI) across 8 M&A transactions between 2019 and 2024
- Scaled Zenchef from 60 to 250+ employees and integrated 3 acquired companies between 2022 and 2024 with dedicated support from the People team
- Built a cross-country People team from 2 to 15 members between 2022 and 2024 (hiring & acquisition)
- Transformed Launchmetrics’ HR function into a People Ops team, becoming trusted partners of the business and facilitating the integration of 5 acquired companies between 2019 and 2022
- Built and implemented a Distributed Working framework at Launchmetrics in less than 4 months in 2020
- Reduced turnover and retained Tech key talents at Margo by redefining HR strategies in a high-turnover IT services environment
