    The Challenge: Jovac is a brand of three eras: the Royal pre-war beginnings, the disciplined socialist period, and the modern transition. The challenge was "Strategic Drift"—the lack of a cohesive narrative that could hold the weight of a century-old legacy while remaining relevant to the global luxury market.

    My Approach (The Bridge Methodology):

    Historical Audit & Compression: I analyzed a century of heritage to identify the "DNA of Truth" that survived all three regimes.

    Institutional Narrative: Instead of picking one era, I engineered a "Narrative Bridge." We positioned Jovac as a "Historically Inevitable" brand—a constant through changing times.

    Identity Codification: Developed a visual grammar that reflects this 100-year evolution. This wasn't a design project; it was the creation of a Trust Infrastructure that allows the brand to command premium positioning based on its historical continuity.

    The Result:
    Transformed a fragmented legacy into a solid Institutional Brand. We delivered a comprehensive strategic framework (Brand Bible) that dictates everything from tone of voice to visual discipline, ensuring Jovac is perceived as a cultural reference point and a stable investment in the premium wine sector.
