Reporting to the Head of Finance Management, in charge of focusing on the financial data maintenance, but also involved in the constant research for improvement of the processes, and data accuracy with, as a line of conduct, the respect of the values and policies of Louvre Banque Privée, as well as the regulatory commitments. In this respect, the missions are:

- Carrying out the run of the preparation, processing and analysis of data;

- Responding to user requests of several divisions.

- Optimising and updating programs: SQL, PYTHON, PYSPARK;

- Creating dashboards;

- To be the back-up for the production of regulatory reports;

- Launching predefined programs at each shutdown (checking presence of upstream data, quality control, execution of scripts and communication to the business lines);

- Automation of queries and dashboards

- Understanding of user or regulatory requests in order to meet their needs;

- Updating the LBP Group documentation tool;

- Proposal of additional quality controls;

- Determining and monitoring remediation plans;

- Ensuring the back-up for the production of regulatory reports such as MESG/ SFDR, FINREP, AnaCrédit, RENTIMMO, LDR, etc. (excluding SURFI).

Reporting to the Head of Customer Life-cycle Management, in charge of focusing on the client account data maintenance, but also involved in the constant research for improvement of the processes, and data accuracy with, as a line of conduct, the respect of the values and policies of Deutsche Bank, as well as the regulatory commitments. In this respect, the missions are :

- Maintenance and confirmation of all the static data related to our client accounts in the various DB systems, in coordination with our offshore teams (opening and closing of accounts, maintenance of authorised signature list and power of attorneys, letter of executions handling, Maintenance of billing conditions, rates)

- Respond to queries from other operational teams, as well as KYC teams, Front Office, Compliance and Finance departments

- Follow the appropriate escalation procedures whenever required

- Maintaining the scanning and storage of the client files (Hard and Soft copies)

- Provide Statistic and management information reporting

- Provide financial reporting to the various authorities (regulatory, central bank, tax)

- Preparation and follow up of the tax data FATCA and CRS required for the yearly reportings.

Reporting to the Head of the Back Office, in charge of integrating our clients, monitoring production and processing of financial funds, and guaranteeing the consistency and quality of the financial information disseminated via this software. In this respect, the missions are to :

- Set-up new clients in our O2S software

- Daily monitoring and analysis of financial data import reports

- Answering questions from our customers and data providers

- Referencing and classifying funds and financial products resulting from aggregation

- Enriching and updating the existing financial base

- Maintaining existing procedures and participating in the development of new procedures

- Operation of the team in project mode (AGILE/SCRUM) and recurring interaction with the other project players (design, assistance, development, quality and commercial service).
