• - Implemented developer comfort and QA processes: set up local development environment (Dockerized) with masked data seeds to maintain up-to-date environment, managed tools for up-to-date masked data in test environments, continuously improved AWS IaaS infrastructure (asynchronous processing via SQS, response-time optimization with caching, and zero-SQL query strategies).

• - Contributed to platform evolution and maintenance: digital signature, PSP migration, UI redesign, etc.

• - Implemented user security tools, including 2FA (OTP, SMS, WebAuthn ... )

• - Enhanced CI/CD pipelines by integrating functional tests (Cypress) and improving deployment times with rollback strategies.

• - Managed AWS infrastructure.

• - Served as reference for Lumo's information security policy, ensuring compliance with SG Group NIST standards across networks, endpoints, and application infrastructure.

Full-Stack Architect Engineer : part of a 5-person IT team under the CTO, designing advanced technical architecture for real-time auctions (3-tier architecture), microservice APIs, and high-performance front-end. Key contributions:

• - Developed tooling to ensure data consistency across test environments (Dobfus).

• - Implemented SEA tagging plan tools (Criteo) and integrated Vue.js into back office features.

• - Supported operational maintenance, rapid bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

• - Working closely with client teams to design, manage, and deploy front-end and back-end projects, including front-end user experience improvements, payment gateway integrations, and accounting flows (transfers and controls).

• - Owning and maintaining internal tools aimed at improving the quality and reliability of the deployment and delivery processes.

• - Performing code reviews and producing technical documentation.

• - Acting as Technical Lead for the 1001 pneus web platform.
