Provided HSE supervision for major electrical infrastructure and civil construction activities. Coordinated HSE activities with the Client, EPC partners and subcontractors (RTE, Hitachi Energy..). Managed subcontractor HSE performance and ensured compliance with project HSE requirements. Reviewed Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Prevention Plans and work permits. Monitored high-risk activities including lifting operations, excavations, work at height and heavy equipment operations. Conducted routine HSE inspections, audits and behavioural safety observations. Facilitated daily toolbox talks, pre-job briefings and quarterly safety meetings. Supported incident investigations, corrective actions and HSE performance reporting. Contributed to the continuous improvement of the Project HSE Management System. Ensured compliance with French Labour Code requirements, Decree 94-98 and project HSE procedures. Assisted in the development and review of operational procedures and safe systems of work. Promoted Lean Management principles to improve safety performance and operational efficiency.
