Talent management: Promoted from Project Manager to Team leader: In charge of managing the large accounts' team (dealing with organisations over 2500 employees). The team is composed of 3 project managers (12 in total in the sales and account management team) (generating 3.2 million total revenue in 2024). As a Manager : Monitored key KPIs (workload, customer satisfaction, %renewal, individual & team turnover ) and implemented corrective actions where necessary based on learning from projects (build business cases, internal/external return on experiences (REX) and customer feedbacks.
