Lean, Quality Assurance, DevOps, SRE, Recruitment, Management I help a team of 3 Product Owners, 1 QA Analyst & tester, 1 Architect and 11 developers (8 backend PHP/Symfony, 3 frontend React), achieving a high level of quality and productivity. We moved from Agile/Scrum to a full Lean organization : Continuous Flow, Bottleneck Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Kanbans, Kaizen, Jidoka, Andon, Poka-Yoke, Gemba, 5S, ... This helped better understand the way we work, and then apply Continuous Improvement (PDCA). I am more specifically in charge of :

- Quality Assurance : directly managed QA strategy : testing strategy (Acceptance Criteria, UAT, coverage matrix, regression tests, smoke tests), CI and automated tests, business data monitoring, critical issues post mortems, ...

- DevOps : CI and CD pipelines (automated tests, Staging, Preprod and Production envs)

- SRE : monitoring

- Recruitment : recruited half of the team with high expectations (soft skills and technical skills)

- Management : conducted quarterly reviews with 360° Feedback and OKRs

- Role : Drive the company's technical strategy

- Tasks : in charge of the IT infrastructure of the company (support and operations), manage the Engineering team of 25 (Project Managers, Developers, SysAdmins) in France and Portugal, promoting and implementing DevOps practices in the software development activity (automation, continuous integration/testing/deployment), integration of Security at each stage of the software development process, as well as at the operations and organization levels

- Challenges : bootstrapped the development of a product in the domain of Data Protection

- Achievements : 2M€ funded by BPI as a CIN winner, ISO27001 certification >> Security , GDPR , DevOps , Agile , Continuous Improvement
