On behalf of the French Ministry of the Interior, I served as Product Owner responsible for product design and implementation oversight for a web application aimed at digitizing business processes and user journeys for my client. Additionally, I was in charge of framing and designing an Analytics portal. Working alongside a team of 9 developers, I:
- Led project management,
- Gathered and analyzed requirements,
- Participated in ideation workshops, UX design sessions, and created mockups,
- Built, managed, and prioritized the Product Backlog to maximize delivered value,
- Wrote user stories, specified acceptance criteria, and functional test scenarios,
- Conducted functional testing and monitored production releases,
- Contributed to improving the delivery process,
- Implemented visibility tools: burndown charts, epic burndowns, velocity charts.

I also participated in tender processes for various business sectors.
