- Full-cycle recruiting experience to build a market: client acquisition and contracts management, understanding of business and hiring needs, position specifications management, advice client on talent strategy and employment branding to execute, sourcing of qualified candidates, lead development, negotiating offers and influenced management decision-making.

- Managed recruitment process from A to Z (from sourcing to the on boarding).

Implemented a career coaching approach with candidates: I assured them opportunities that matched their inner aspiration and their career plan as defined together
