- Scrum master: Animation in an agile manner of a team in order to create a company proprietary operating system thus enhanced collaboration between software, design and marketing departments - UI Design: Overhauled the user interface of a smartwatch with animations, layout and anti-aliased images/fonts management inspired by material design, that was used for a whole new range of GPS sport watches - Supplier Contact Window: Managed collaboration and contract negotiation of key software partners and recruitment process of software Engineers - IOT: Standardized the communication protocol of all company’s Bluetooth Low Energy products in order to create one single smartphone app that connects to all by defining specifications and implementing them - Algorithm: Pioneered proprietary algorithms for a swimming lap counter as a key feature of a new Wearable Data-Logging Platform, enabling development of a swimming watch that utilized this functionality
