As a DevOps Transformation Leader and Chapter Lead, I’m driving Swift’s evolution toward automated, secure, and standardized software delivery. For 9 months, I’ve also served as Acting Product Owner, leading strategy and execution for a team of 15+ DevOps Coaches and Consultants.

My mission focuses on scaling Release Orchestration, enabling Zero Touch Deployments, advancing test automation, and improving observability - ensuring our platforms empower product teams across the organization.

As a Senior Data Engineer working in an Agile environment with a strong DevOps mindet, I am in charge of : Designing, preparing, planning, co-ordinate and am responsable for the development, testing and installation of our data applications (APIs running on Docker or Openshift/Kubernetes , Database Components running on Oracle Exadata). Prioritizing and defining Technical roadmap. Analyzing technical requirements and managing solution development ensuring effectiveness & using/propaging best practice within the team. Validating technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed systems solutions. Providing functional support and leadership to staff & customers, lead and direct teams and projects and assist/give guidance in resolving problems. Ensuring production of complete systems documentation and operating procedures. Giving presentation/demo to team, management & customers. Besides my BAU I launched the OpenShift Center of Excellence within our Tribe to gather experts in Containers orchestration to share experience, best practices, learning paths & guidelines to onboard new adopters. In 2022-2023 I also joined the DevSecOps Academy program within Swift which is designed to give an extensive DevOps experience to all members of the Academy. I learned a lot about DevOps mindset & principles, and also built strong hands on exprience on advanced & emerging technologies to help me guiding my squad to improve its DevOps maturity. Design, develop, test, install and support Business Intelligence applications in line with agreed requirements. Prepare specifications, codes, tests, deliverables, acceptance criteria, time frames, etc. . . and prepare and study the technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed systems solutions. Analyze the problems, develop and propose solutions to more senior team members. Provide technical assistance to other SWIFT colleagues and provide guidance to more junior team members in their daily work. Develop and maintain technical documentation and prepare and give presentations to customers on systems. Provide timing/scheduling estimates to project lead and propose corrective actions to timelines when necessary. Assist with enhancing and maintaining the continuous integration framework; constantly strive to further automate and optimize where possible
