Objective:

As a Business Data Analyst at WayKonect, I strive to enhance TotalEnergies' B2B solutions by closely collaborating with partners and clients to develop innovative services for fleet greening and connected vehicles. This supports the transition towards sustainable and renewable energies.

Tasks performed

- Collaboration with B2B clients: Work with pilots to develop solutions aimed at greening fleets and improving their management through in-depth data analysis and the development of advanced algorithms.

- Preparation of RFI/RFP: Write detailed RFI/RFP documents for the integration of new partners, clearly defining technical and functional requirements.

- Market studies: Conduct thorough market studies to understand market trends and needs, focusing on segmentation by vehicle type, engine type, and geographic region.

- Exploration of new partners: Identify and evaluate the technical tools of new partners (OEMs, data aggregators, TSPs) to ensure data quality and the efficiency of fleet management solutions.

- API design: Design APIs to facilitate data access and improve interoperability between different systems and partners.

- Development of models and algorithms: Create models to define profiles for trips, charging, consumption, as well as algorithms for estimating real autonomy and required charging time.

- Implementation and industrialization of dashboards: Implement and industrialize dashboards using Streamlit and Power BI for tracking and analyzing connected vehicle data.

- Ad hoc analyses: Perform analyses on various topics such as customer portfolios, EV card transactions, and fuel fraud.

Objective:

Contribute to the optimization of marketing strategy by analyzing and studying the customer base, creating performance dashboards, and participating in the enrichment of the customer database.

Tasks performed:

- Create and automate performance dashboards for commercial activity and web traffic to provide a coherent view of the marketing strategy

- Analyze and study the customer base, relational intensity, leads, and customer satisfaction

- Participate in the management, enrichment, reliability, and animation of the customer database to better meet customer needs and ensure their loyalty

- Present commercial reports and new dashboards to other departments to boost upcoming campaigns

Objective:

In this role, I was responsible for analyzing customer data, digital journeys, and commercial strategy to design and develop ML algorithms for predictive analysis. I also worked on optimizing the relevance of commercial solicitations to increase CRM campaign performance. Additionally, I participated in Data and Marketing community workshops to train colleagues in technical data skills and contributed to CRM project management and modeling.

Tasks performed:

- Design and develop ML algorithms for predictive analysis (Scoring, Segmentation, NLP, Recommendation Engine)

- Define and implement digital marketing actions to acquire new customers, develop their loyalty, and support them in their daily lives
