Céline GÉARA THOMAS est coach professionnelle certifiée HEC et accréditée au niveau Master à l’EMCC (EIA M), et PCC à l’ICF. Céline pratique le coaching comme un acte de conviction et d’engagement auprès d’individus et d’organisations souhaitant évoluer vers un futur plus éthique et plus humain. Céline a une riche expérience de l’entreprise. En tant que manager, puis dirigeante, elle a piloté avec réussite des projets complexes de transformation, nationaux et internationaux en veillant à la mobilisation de l’intelligence collective pour des résultats pérennes. Ce qui la mobilise est d’accompagner des dirigeants dans la résolution de problèmes complexes et la réflexion autour des questions stratégiques nécessitant l’intégration d’approches variées. Elle est spécialiste du développement du leadership, de l’accompagnement de transformations, et des mécanismes et des dynamiques d'interaction. Ses clients sont partout dans le monde.
Céline est également superviseur de coachs (EMCC ESIA) et mentor coach pour l’ICF.
Elle a publié Les tribulations d’un coach français en Inde en 2016 chez InterÉditions, Global Coaching for the Whole Being en 2019 chez VAPress (co- auteur : M. Giffard). Elle a également dirigé et publié 15 cas de coaching expliqués en 2022 chez InterÉditions.
