Clôture mensuelle & reporting : production et fiabilisation des reportings financiers, suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI), analyses de rentabilité.

Optimisation des processus : simplification des clôtures, amélioration du cycle de reporting, automatisation sous Excel / Power BI.

Projets de transformation finance : revue et standardisation des processus comptables, participation à des projets d’implémentation ERP (SAP, NetSuite, Sage).

Support au pilotage financier : accompagnement des équipes comptables et finance, création d’outils d’analyse et de suivi sur mesure.
