Define the stakes and strategic Sourcing and Procurement roadmap for the Group (50M€ Spend) - Set up a strategic Sourcing & Procurement framework to answer SPHEREA’s Business stakes - Lead the Annual Sourcing Business Objectives and Maturity Transformation Planning to meet its short, medium and long-term goals - Identify and develop partnerships, which will lead the Group future growth - Responsible for the realization of KPIs around Total Cost Optimization, OTD, OQD and Contract Management. - Management of 8 Sourcing Managers -> Set up of an orientation plan for the Sourcing Department within the Group, matrix organization of local sourcing leaders and Group category managers, realization of total cost optimization plan of 3%, OTD>90% and OQD>97%, active participation to Group Leadership Committee and CSA ( Club Stratégie Achats CCI Toulouse)

• Analyze existing contents and process on topics supporting the maturity of the Sourcing Organization • Roll out new process and Best practices within the Organization -> Set up of a SoP for Partners/Acquisitions onboarding, Synergies Performance Dashboard dedicated to Partners/Acquisitions, methodology of Risk Management cartography and Supplier Relationship Management
