Programme/Project Management - Responsible for the implementation and deployment of Digital Programme in the "Customer Centric" domain. Implementation of the new "Mauboussin Customer Journey". Reengineering of Business Processes: Purchasing, Production, Logistics, etc. ERP migration – from Navision Dynamics to Business Central.

IT - Improve the Architecture and implement of the adapted IT Infrastructure to support IS.

I have played roles as IT consultant and I’ve fulfilled these roles with commitment and dedication and I’ve always been received excellent feedback from clients. I’ve also worked on software products focusing on Retail Planning OLAP and Retail Planning In Memory. My very last activities were related on supply chain environment where I’ve been used to deal with the following activities:

• Define and understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Process workflow improvements

• Consult with clients on Head Office solution best practices

• Document technical requirements

• Deliver client training and supply post-delivery support

• Aid in developing & maintenance of course subject and training materials

• Serve as an expert resource internally on areas of specialization

• Act as point of contact for clients as other project team members

• Drive issue identification and resolution and suggest alternatives
