Creative Producer and Content Operations Strategist with 5+ years building and running content pipelines at scale

Most recently, I built and operated the full content pipeline for a Paris-based YouTube Kids MCN — managing 11 animated IPs including Gigantosaurus, Zorro: The Chronicles, and Zou across 28 languages and 50+ channels simultaneously. My work covered everything from upload scheduling architecture and localization workflows to compilation strategy, metadata production, and channel management.
Before that, I led a large-scale digital asset migration from Cyber Group Studios’ infrastructure to independent cloud storage, building file naming conventions, folder architecture, and transfer workflows from scratch using rclone and Wasabi.
I also bring institutional experience from Warner Bros. Discovery, where I coordinated digital asset management across their content library, and a strong background in YouTube script writing and editorial content development.
On the technical side I’m comfortable with Python scripting, automation workflows, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools including ComfyUI (image generation, voice morphing, TTS) and LLM-based prompting for content and metadata production.
I work best on projects that sit at the intersection of creative production and operational precision — building systems that make content pipelines faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
