J'accompagne les clients sur des missions de refonte de code, d’audit technique et de réduction de dette technique, lorsque la plateforme devient difficile à maintenir, à faire évoluer ou à sécuriser.

Mon intervention porte principalement sur des environnements existants confrontés à :

- un code hétérogène,

- des performances dégradées,

- un empilement de solutions au fil des projets,

- un manque de standards et de gouvernance technique

- un manque dans la sécurisation de l'org.

L’approche consiste à analyser l’existant, structurer l’architecture, sécuriser les fondations, puis accompagner les équipes afin de remettre la plateforme Salesforce sur des bases saines, maintenables et évolutives, tout en restant alignées avec les enjeux métiers.
