[Phase 1: Discovery Workshops]
I design and run inclusive workshops to be able to tailor the process to your organization. Through a process inspired by Human-Centered-Design (HCD) and Design Thinking, I carry out north star definition, desk research, user surveys & interviews, moodboarding, prioritisation, value chain analysis, and ideation.
[Phase 2: Co-creation of your Unified HR Strategy & Operation Playbook]
The "Unified HR Strategy & Operations Playbook" contains the HR Strategy Brief, the HR Operation Handbook, and the Employee Handbook. I propose tailored platforms and solutions, together with a unified process to unleash the positive impact of HR in your organization.
[Phase 3: Procurement]
I accelerate the procurement and implementation of the required platform. This includes the setup and documentation of the entire solution.
[Phase 4: Implementation]
No change can be made without change management.
Implement the change in the organization following the ADKAR model: awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
[Phase 5: Continuous Learning, Reinforcement & Improvement]
We tie back results to our original north star and measure results and impact.
