Co-founder and COO of Fyteko, I manage all operating aspects of the company. The aim is to put into place a good structure to enable Fyteko to upscale properly. Fyteko has been following a very lean business model and is now accelerating rapidly. As COO, I am in charge of all Fyteko’s daily operations and organisation as well as the production, logistics and HR scale up of the company.

I was managing the Paris office, finding new brands to export to the Middle East's well as managing the sales team in the Middle East ensuring to meet the brands’ goals in the best possible way (location, pricing, contacts, quotation, transport…).
