Bénédicte Gambirasio

I created with my co-founder a fantastic, modern, mouth watering Italian deli in Paris. It is still a baby and has the potential of a giant. LiMONi is a project of taste, love for my ancestor's culture and gastronomy as it is also a call for working in the food industry.

In a year's time we selected and tasted each product we were willing to sell in our shop and we built it from an empty room to a thriving, bright and ambitious corner of Italy.

I acquired soft skills working close to our customers, adapting our offer and display in order to improve sales. I also worked on developing a coherent pricing method in order to reach profit meanwhile remaining in a reasonable price range.

This complete change of career taught me to be resilient in my choices and showed me my strength in building something from scratch. I now leave to my co-owner the day to day and keep an active eye in the business for the times to come.

I built the P&L and budget of a new activity in order to evaluate profitability and opportunities.

Along the way it allowed the company to seek funding and value its resilience despite the high risk period of the

pandemic.

It required being a fast learner and gaining rapidly a global understanding of the group in order to create reasonable assomptions.

This is my personal investment company mainly focusing on real estate. I buy and renovate apartment buildings to be rented to individuals as their homes.

It requires flexibility and resources in order to find qulified workers, follow up renovations and adapt the structure to the chosen strategy.

Current yearly revenue is estimated to be 180k€. Gross asset is roughly 3M€.
