In charge to migrate existing Capgemini clients from Itop to a secured ServiceNow instance. Two clients effectively migrated within 3 months, I implemented a class & fields mapping file used overall the migration project to integrate data from various customers, I supported the Dev team on preparint the Import Set. Incident & request processes are running after 3 months (MVP scope).

As PO, I worked with the Business to understand the environment, capture the needs, translate them into specifications and prioritize for implementation. I designed a solution to calculate technician ETA, customized the WOT lifecycle to fit client specificities, work on API integration with other systems.

I was tasked to manage the integration and automation of Export Control process within Airbus ServiceNow instance. Process refined and harmonized between Airbus diffrent entities in Europe, one complex catalog item implemented to cover the needs from Airbus Commercial and Airbus Helicopter, Business support.
