My career sits at the intersection of technology, leadership, and product innovation. I have spent the past decade leading engineering teams, structuring R&D organizations, and delivering enterprise platforms used by large international clients.
I started my journey as a software engineer working on enterprise Java systems before progressively moving into leadership roles where I led engineering teams, managed R&D departments, and drove large-scale technology initiatives.
Over the years I have:

Today I am Co-Founder & CTO at Synapse DX, where we are building the next generation of AI-driven operational platforms.
Our work focuses on solving one of the core limitations of modern AI systems: while Large Language Models provide powerful language capabilities, they lack reasoning, traceability, and deterministic decision-making required for enterprise operations.
Our approach combines LLMs with inference engines, creating hybrid architectures capable of delivering both intelligence and reliable decision-making for operational environments.
Before Synapse DX, I served as Head of R&D / Director, where I led engineering teams, defined technology strategy, and scaled development organizations delivering enterprise software solutions.
I am particularly interested in building AI-augmented organizations, where intelligent systems empower teams and transform how companies operate.
